My Story
Hello! I am Kimberley.
I moved to Leicester 6 years ago, to be closer to family. I am a mum to
2 girls, who certainly keep me on my toes and remind me daily of the
simple pleasures in life.
I have practised mindfulness for the past 12 years, and found this incredibly helpful in managing my own well being.
I am a qualified mindfulness teacher and member of Mindfulness Based Living Assoication
I have worked in child mental health for 20 years, in a variety of both community and school settings. I found myself using mindfulness techniques regularly to support young people with a variety of mental health needs.
I found myself feeling increasingly overwhelmed, anxious and spinning far too many plates. I decided to begin adult mindfulness training. I have found this immensely helpful and am excited to share mindfulness with you.
