Introduction to Mindfulness
A variety of practises to support settling the mind Short take home techniques and guided practise that can be used at work, home or anywhere deeply nourishing body scan practise.
POP up - 3 mini events
but run 3 individual 30 minute sessions. This would allow the club to offer mindfulness to your clients on a rolling 1 hour 30 minute space. So include as above but rather than one long event break it up into 3 separate classes.
